Access Consciousness ® Body Energy Processes
Gary Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer have developed 60 incredibly dynamic bodily processes. They are practiced by affixing the hands to specific parts of the body. They were designed to open a dialogue and create communion with his body to have more fun with him.

These body processes combined with the verbal processes allow:
- Find a connection with your body and listen to it
- Unlock the tensions, resistances and discomfort of the body
- Deconstructing judgments about your bodies and undoing what prevents change in you
- promote bodily ease, harmony and peace with your body
- Strengthen the power you are and your ability to perceive, know, be and receive
- Impact memories of physical or emotional trauma
- Strengthening the immune system

Certificantes Trainings:
I give these processes a half day in a friendly and caring atmosphere. There is no pre-requisite. At the end of the training, you are certified and you can offer these processes to your clients as a practitioner or to your personal and family sphere. Objectives: To learn a simple, fast and effective protocol, accessible to all. Live a letting go and feel your own body consciousness. Enrich your energy tools for your customers, yourself or your loved ones. For Who? general public or Professional (therapist, health and wellness professional, coach, psychologist, hypnotist, massage therapist, doctor, Nurse...) Program: In each training (duration from 3:30 to 4h), you learn a body process of Access Consciousness ® I also offer days with 2 processes per day. Exchange in binomial « give and receive » of the process.
At the end of the half day or day, you receive a certificate and a course support in connection with the body process.
